Smart Classroms :
Smart classrooms have revolutionized the methods of teaching, transforming the way teachers teach and students learn in schools. Modern combination of white boards with latest projectors and computers are fitted in the classrooms. DPPS developed Samsung Smart Class having Audio-Visual room connected with tablets in partnership with Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Some of the benefits of this technology are:
• visual aids, film clips, audios etc. which make learning more interactive and interesting.
• educational contents websites related to the topics provide extensive information.
Library :
“Books give a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything.”
The school feels proud of the treasure house of information, which is equipped with huge range of books ranging from all genres and fields. It imbibes the spirit of reading and learning through varied collection of books on fiction, poetry, philosophical books, science, history, autobiographies,encyclopedia, magazines, news papers, text books which give wings to the imagination of young minds.
Music room and Dance room :
Dance and music indirectly stimulate student’s intellect and imagination. DPPS provides all the facilities to the students so that they excel in both these fields.
Medical Facility :
A qualified nurse is there to give prompt First-aid to the students during emergency situations such as cuts, wounds, sprains, fainting, bleeding etc.
A team of doctors visit the school to conduct the medical check-ups of the students on regular basis.A report of medical check-up is sent to the parents for further follow-up action.
Counselling of students is done time-to-time on various health issues and awareness regarding nutrition, personal hygiene, eating habits & sanitation is imparted time to time through various activities, campaigns and talks.
Sports:

At D.P.P.S, sports is an integral part of the curriculum. Thus, we offer opportunities to our students to participate in numerous Inter-School sporting competitions. In order to build character and embed values such as discipline, team work, hard work, fairness, perseverance and commitment and sportsmanship spirit.
By offering a wide variety of sports such as basketball, football, gymnastics, yoga, table-tennis, cricket, volleyball, we reach out to the varying interests of our students.
Computer Lab :
Today to meet the challenges and demands of the modern fast paced world, students need to be techno savvy. The Computer Lab is equipped with the latest technology and accessible to students with advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware & software to cater to the requirements of the students, teachers and the curriculum. Practical computing knowledge is imparted by specially trained teacher.
